Wind is the movement of the earth’s energy from one pole to the other, across tide and time, from the past to the present.
Taiko awakens the winds of a distant time to stir the primordial world of our imagination.

I come to a path that leads me to the mountains. The occasional breeze sways the branches hanging over the path as if calling me to the forest. I take steps. The air cools as I go deeper into the forest. It is quiet. A stillness is cast over the space that surrounds me. I feel the presence of a quiet, convincing, unseen force. It watches me and listens to me. A deep intuition and a sense of survival are awakened within. My breath stills. Conscious self sinks into darkness. I walk and walk. Within each step, I come to the fundamental, simple rhythm of life. At the abyss of darkness, consciousness touches a door to the primal. Now I watch as it watches me.
